 P rofessional Communications started in 2000 and is locally owned and operated. The owner Steve Jordan, has another small business and couldn’t find an answering service that offered excellent customer service he wanted for his  customers, so he opened his own answering service.  We have little to no turn around of employees and this helps with customers getting the same operators and knowing how to handle their calls.
